Why not kick off 2019 with the perfect glass of wine? With Sub-Zero, you can do just that. At Clarke, New England’s Official Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove Showroom and Test Kitchen, we shudder when someone refers to Sub-Zero wine storage as “the wine cooler.” Sub-Zero wine preservation units act not merely as coolers, but as guardians against heat, humidity, vibration and light – the four enemies that can rob wine of its complexity and character.

Through superior grade materials, advanced technologies and a 70-year tradition of American craftsmanship, Sub-Zero has engineered wine storage to defeat the enemies of wine and make sure that you’ll always get the best out of every glass, with every bit of taste that the vintner intended.

While Sub-Zero offers wine storage units in three widths, from 18" to 30", with 46- to 147-bottle capacity, it is the newest model that has Clarke Corporate Showroom Manager Marco Barallon talking. “We’ve been waiting for this model for a very long time,” he says, talking about Sub-Zero’s recent introduction of the 30” Integrated Wine Storage with Refrigerator/Freezer Drawers.

“This just makes so much sense,” emphasized Barallon. “It’s for those who truly want to elevate their hosting and entertaining experience with envy from all of your guests!”

Sub-Zero’s IW-30CI model offers two individually controlled wine storage zones so you can store and serve both reds and whites at the proper temperature. The racks glide smoothly, providing access without agitating the wine. UV-resistant, bronze-tinted glass prevents light exposure and dual evaporators maintain constant, moderate humidity. It includes one refrigerator drawer and one freezer drawer below the wine storage area, so your wines are held at precisely the storage and serving temperatures that you prefer, while other food and beverages are chilled totally independently.

An intuitive touch control panel allows you to keep temperatures within one degree of set point. Plus, you can link this Sub-Zero Wine Storage with your home security system to protect your wine investment.

This versatile Sub-Zero Wine Storage option is perfect in your kitchen, wet bar, office or any space where access to fine wine, snacks and desserts are desired.
