Clarke South Norwalk Showroom Consultant Uschi Samaritano shares her secrets for "Turkey Two Ways." This reflects Uschi's take on a Williams Sonoma recipe that suggests that cooking the turkey in sections may not be the Norman Rockwell picture you have in your mind, however, it will ensure that both the white and dark meat stay tender and juicy. It's Apple Picking and Pressing Time!

Clarke South Norwalk Showroom Consultant Uschi Samaritano is a wealth of knowledge about Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, but when she isn't talking cooking, baking and kitchen design, she is tending to her large garden and apple orchard, as well as beekeeping (more on that in another blog post.) Uschi lives on a property that was previously part of a large apple orchard and currently has 9 apple trees. She isn't sure what variety they are, as they are very old and weren't cared for over the years. Every year she prunes them a bit more to bring them back to health.

Clarke Hosts Ellie's Real Good Food Second Television Season in South Norwalk

For more than a decade, Clarke's Milford, MA showroom was home to Chef Ming Tsai's public television show Simply Ming. For many years, the culinary center inside Clarke's South Norwalk, CT showroom has been the television studio for Chef Lidia Bastianich's Lidia's Kitchen show on public television. Now, for the second year in a row, Ellie Krieger has chosen the demonstration kitchen at Clarke, New England's Official Sub-Zero & Wolf Showroom and Test Kitchen, in South Norwalk as her "home kitchen" for taping the cooking portion of her 13 episodes of Ellie's Real Good Food.IMG_0981

In a Hyatt Hotel ballroom in Greenwich, Connecticut, filled with 400 of what felt like their closest friends, the Clarke team was recently honored to receive the prestigious Supplier of the Year Award from the Home Builders and Remodelers Association (HBRA) of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
