Clarke Chef Brittany Williams shares tips for the Wolf Coffee System

Bring your at home coffee experience to the next level with homemade coffee creamer and sweeteners. The best part about these recipes is you can add almost ANY flavor you desire. It is so much fun to experiment with different combinations, you are sure to please everyone!

Make Your Own Creamer for a Real Treat!

This basic coffee creamer recipe makes just over 3 cups and lasts up to two weeks in your Sub-Zero refrigerator. Simply add the following ingredients and whisk to combine.

Basic Coffee Creamer Recipe

2 cups whole milk (you could also use skim milk or cream if you desire)

One 14oz can sweetened condensed milk

This recipe is simply delicious on its own but you can always add your favorite flavors such as vanilla, cinnamon, almond extract, etc. The possibilities are endless.

Try the variations below...

Vanilla coffee creamer:

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoons vanilla bean paste

*Vanilla bean paste is simply thick vanilla with visible vanilla bean seeds. Generally a recipe will call for either fresh vanilla (scrapped from the inside of a fresh vanilla bean pod) or vanilla extract. Think of vanilla bean paste as the best of both worlds. It lends both flavor and that great vanilla speckled appearance. Luckily vanilla bean paste is widely available for purchase both in local grocery stores/markets and online. If you cannot find vanilla bean paste not to worry, vanilla extract, fresh vanilla bean seeds or a combination or both works just fine.

Cinnamon Swirl:

1 tablespoons cinnamon

1 tablespoons vanilla extract

1 tablespoons almond extract

Chocolate hazelnut:

2 tablespoons hazelnut extract

1 tablespoons cocoa powder

Dairy free? No problem!

Here is a delicious recipe for a vegan coffee creamer.

In a blender, combine the following and blend until smooth:

Vegan Coffee “Creamer”

1, 15oz can coconut milk

1 cup almond milk

¼ cup agave

Add an Amaretto twist to the above recipe by adding the following:

Amaretto Vegan Coffee “Creamer”

1 tablespoon almond extract

1 ½ tablespoons vanilla bean paste
